We import and distribute surgical consumables and medical devices to hospitals and healthcare facilities across Pakistan. We're expanding our Karachi sales team and need someone already comfortable in hospitals, on the move daily, and motivated by results. *This is 100% outdoor, field-based work. If you prefer a desk, this isn't for you.* *What You'll Do* * Daily visits to hospitals, clinics, surgical centers, and procurement departments across Karachi * Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OT staff, purchase managers, and hospital administration * Product presentations and follow-ups * Generate leads and close orders * Report daily activity and pipeline *Who We're Looking For* * 1–3 years of direct field sales experience visiting hospitals, OTs, or procurement teams * Background in surgical products, medical devices, or hospital-facing pharma sales * Biomedical engineers with hands-on sales experience are welcome * Own transport is mandatory * Physically active, field-ready, and comfortable being out all day * Strong communicator *We Are Not Looking For* * Candidates with medical store or retail pharmacy experience * Desk-based or office-based profiles * Anyone who has not directly visited hospitals in a sales capacity *What We Offer* * Rs 55,000 – 165,000/month (base + performance incentives) * Fuel allowance * Direct mentorship from senior management * Real growth…
