*Senior Executive – Machinery Maintenance (Electrical)* *Location:* Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi *Key Responsibilities* * Execute and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical machinery and production equipment * Identify root causes of electrical failures and implement effective corrective and long-term solutions to reduce recurring breakdowns * Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and minimize unplanned stoppages * Inspect, test, and service electrical components including motors, drives, switchgear, relays, contactors, and control panels * Coordinate with production teams to plan and carry out maintenance activities with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations * Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with GMP standards, safety regulations, and SOPs — particularly critical in pharmaceutical and FMCG environments * Maintain detailed maintenance records, equipment history cards, and work order documentation * Liaise with vendors and OEM representatives for spare parts procurement, technical support, and equipment upgrades * Participate in new machinery installation, commissioning, and qualification processes * Adhere strictly to all HSE policies, permit-to-work (PTW) procedures, and plant safety standards during shift operations *Requirements* * B.E. / B.Tech in E…
