Position Name: Senior Manager Planning Location: Lahore The Senior Manager Planning will be responsible for leading the planning and scheduling function for high-rise construction projects, including apartment buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments. The role will oversee project planning, progress monitoring, schedule control, forecasting, and reporting while working closely with Project Management, Construction, Design, Procurement, Commercial, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall planning and scheduling activities across assigned projects, ensuring alignment with approved project objectives, timelines, and contractual requirements. Develop and maintain detailed master schedules, baseline programs, milestone plans, and execution strategies using Primavera P6. Monitor project performance against approved schedules, identify delays and critical areas, and ensure timely corrective and recovery actions. Lead and guide Planning Engineers and other planning resources, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of planning outputs.
