The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability through effective preventive and corrective maintenance. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of cargo lifts, gearboxes, rotary equipment, industrial fans, and packing machines. * Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize production downtime. * Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective corrective actions. * Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Support installation activities and mentor junior maintenance staff. *Requirements* * DAE in Mechanical Technology or equivalent. * Minimum *5 years* of experience in an FMCG or manufacturing industry. * Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and packing machinery. * Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
