Our organization includes Infrastructure Services, Cyber & Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, and Operations. We drive growth through scalable, reusable technology platforms that improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and strengthen system reliability and security. We are hiring an Observability SME to join our Observability Engineering team in Hyderabad, operating in a hybrid work model. This role is ideal for an experienced observability professional with a DevOps background who can implement scalable monitoring and observability solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. You will guide observability best practices across Experian's technology ecosystem, with a focus on Dynatrace, automation, telemetry onboarding, and cloud infrastructure monitoring. You will work with Cloud Engineering, Operations, Developers, Platform Engineers, and Teams to improve application and infrastructure visibility, reduce operational overhead, and ensure faster incident detection and resolution.
