Own QA strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and process improvement across multiple products and release cycles. Review plan.md documents, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and missing test scenarios Define risk-based test plans, quality gates, entry and exit criteria, and release-readiness standards. Lead manual, functional, integration, regression, API, system, and end-to-end testing. Build and improve test automation frameworks, preferably using Playwright, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Drive AI-assisted testing for test case generation, edge-case identification, test data creation, defect analysis, and test optimisation. Review AI-generated test cases and prompts to ensure accuracy, relevance, completeness, and appropriate coverage. Maintain regression suite health and continuously convert high-value manual test cases into automation. Own QA sign-off for releases by reviewing test completion, automation results, defects, risks, and overall product readiness.
