* Execute construction work from layout to project completion as per approved drawings. * Supervise all concrete works, including reinforcement inspection, formwork, concrete pouring, curing, and quality control, ensuring execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards. * Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimations, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per drawings. * Supervise MEP works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, coordinating closely with the relevant MEP teams to ensure quality, timely execution, and compliance with project standards. * Review subcontractor billing and progress claims with the coordination of QS. * Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the project. * Supervise and coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams. * Oversee all civil works, from structural construction to finishing works. * Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved specifications. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institute. * *Minimum 6–8 years of proven experience in high-rise building construction is mandatory.* *Required Skills* * Strong team management and leadership skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software. * Expertise in structural execution and finishing works. * Sound k…
