*Location:* Naya Nazimabad, Karachi *Experience:* 5–6 Years *Qualification:* BE Civil Engineering (PEC Registered Preferred) *Job Responsibilities* * Supervise day-to-day structural construction activities. * Inspect RCC works including columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and retaining walls. * Verify reinforcement detailing, bar spacing, laps, anchorage, and cover as per approved drawings. * Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting activities to ensure quality and compliance. * Supervise Post-Tension (PT) slab execution (preferred). * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and MEP teams for smooth project execution. * Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards. * Track site progress and maintain daily reports and inspection records. *Requirements* * BE Civil Engineering (PEC preferred). * 5–6 years of experience in high-rise/residential building construction. * Strong knowledge of RCC works, structural drawings, and site execution. * Experience with PT slabs will be an added advantage. * Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office with good communication and coordination skills.
