Role Overview Role Overview: Results-driven Site Reliability Engineer with experience in building and scaling observability solutions across cloud-native and data engineering platforms on AWS. Skilled in leveraging Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and OpenTelemetry to implement proactive monitoring, define SLIs/SLOs, and enhance service reliability. Experienced in collaborating with developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to embed observability into the software delivery lifecycle and improve operational excellence. Proficient in automating infrastructure and monitoring deployments using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and AWS services, while developing actionable dashboards, telemetry pipelines, and AIOps-driven solutions to improve system performance and customer experience. Primary Responsibility: Hands-on experience using Apache Spark for batch data processing.
