As a Software Test Engineer/Software Quality Assurance Engineer at PakWheels, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of digital products by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders throughout the product life cycle. You will translate requirements into test plans, develop automated test suites, validate AI-developed features, and support smooth, high-quality releases. Responsibilities: Write, update, and maintain automated test scripts for Web, Mobile, and APIs. Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, negative, and edge-case tests. Use AI-assisted testing tools for functional testing, generate test scenarios, improve coverage, and analyze failures. Define acceptance criteria and validate features against functional and non-functional requirements. Test AI-developed features for accuracy, relevance, consistency, hallucinations, bias, and fallback behaviour. Work with Product and Development teams to investigate, document, and resolve defects.
