Adaptive Technologies is looking for experienced Solar Site & Commissioning Engineers to join our team. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. - Experience in Solar PV installation, site supervision, testing & commissioning. - Good knowledge of Solar Inverters, DC/AC systems and electrical equipment. - Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with teams. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel to project sites when required. Job Responsibilities: - Supervise solar installation and site activities. - Perform testing and commissioning of Solar PV systems. - Coordinate with technicians, contractors and clients. - Ensure work is completed according to project standards and safety requirements. - Prepare site reports and commissioning documentation.
