Position: Solar Site Engineer Experience: 2-3 Years Requirements - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in MW-scale solar projects. - Strong knowledge of testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and online monitoring of solar power systems. - Experience in string testing and fault diagnosis. - Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms and performance analysis. - Good communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities - Conduct site surveys and technical assessments. - Coordinate with consultants, vendors and subcontractors for smooth project execution. - Perform inspection of solar installations to ensure quality and compliance. - Carry out string testing, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of solar systems. - Monitor plant performance through online monitoring platforms and identify underperformance or faults. - Prepare testing, commissioning and project documentation. - Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. - Any other task assign by reporting Manager.
