Function/Specialisation: Test Automation & AI Product QA We are looking for an experienced SQA Automation Engineer to establish the QA strategy, automation frameworks, AI-output validation processes, regression testing, and release-quality controls for our AI-powered products. The role requires strong hands-on testing experience along with the ability to lead QA planning, automation, defect prevention, and production-release readiness. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the overall QA strategy, standards, processes, and quality metrics. Design scalable automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and backend services. Plan and manage functional, integration, regression, performance, and release testing. Develop validation frameworks for LLM and AI-generated outputs, including accuracy, relevance, consistency, hallucination, and prompt-response testing. Create test datasets, evaluation criteria, acceptance thresholds, and repeatable AI test scenarios. Review requirements and architecture to identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle. Integrate automated tests and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. Establish release-readiness controls, defect severity standards, test reporting, and sign-off processes.
