We are looking for a Level 3 Design & Planning Engineer to lead the technical architecture, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, and field deployment for large-scale, high-security surveillance and IT infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for delivering complex, multi-site command and control solutions from initial concept to final field commissioning. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Solution Design Develop high-level (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) for multi-site surveillance, access control, perimeter security, and data networks. Architect active/passive network infrastructure, video management systems (VMS), data storage, compute, and central command center (C4I) integration. Map integration workflows across field sensors, analytics engines, and centralized data systems. 2. BOQ & Technical Procurement Prepare, review, and validate detailed line-item BOQs, scope of work (SOW) documents, and equipment compliance matrices. Define technical specifications for hardware, software licenses, cabling, power systems, and mounting infrastructure. Perform technical evaluation of vendor proposals and equipment to ensure cost-efficiency and performance compliance. 3.
