We are looking for Senior Executive — Workshop & Preventive Maintenance. He would be overseeing workshop operations, executing preventive maintenance programs, managing technical materials, and supporting procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Manage daily workshop activities including scheduling, manpower, and resource planning. Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment. Review and interpret technical drawings for fabrication, repairs, and installations. Prepare or update engineering drawings and technical documentation as required. Coordinate with production and utility teams to align maintenance schedules with operations. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and service reports. Identify and resolve recurring mechanical issues through root cause analysis. Inspect and verify all received items in the Technical Store against technical specifications and purchase orders. Ensure proper documentation and storage of received materials. Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) for spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials. Prepare Goods Receipt (GR) documentation upon material delivery and verification. Ensure availability and tracking of critical spare parts for routine and emergency maintenance.
