*Position: *Sr. Solar Design Engineer *Location: * Korangi, Karachi *Responsibilities* * Design and optimize large-scale solar PV systems to maximize energy output, factoring in panel orientation, tilt, and shading analysis * Prepare detailed technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, BOS, and reports to guide operations teams and contractors * Develop structural designs for solar energy systems, including support structures, mounting systems, and foundations * Develop electrical designs for solar energy systems, including selection of cables, switchgears, and protection devices * Select appropriate materials for structural elements based on durability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact * Use CAD software to create detailed 3D models and drawings for structural component implementation * Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate ground conditions, topography, and other factors affecting structural design * Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and local regulations, including wind load and seismic considerations *Skills & Requirements* * Proficiency in SketchUp, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and PVsyst * Strong communication and project management skills * Bachelor's degree in E*lectrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy* * 2–5 years of proven experience in solar system design and engineering J…
