We are seeking a skilled Solar PV Design Engineer to prepare and develop detailed engineering designs for solar PV projects in line with customer requirements, project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards. The role will be responsible for translating site conditions into practical and constructible electrical and structural designs, supporting project execution, and providing technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle. *Key Responsibilities* * Prepare and review Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs), DC/AC layouts, string layouts, equipment layouts, and detailed engineering drawings for solar PV projects. * Design and optimize large-scale solar PV systems to maximize energy generation while considering panel orientation, tilt angle, shading, site constraints, and system losses. * Perform PV system sizing, string configuration, inverter selection, DC/AC cable sizing, and selection of electrical protection and balance-of-system (BOS) components. * Conduct detailed site assessments and measurements, including evaluation of ground conditions, topography, existing infrastructure, shading, and other site-specific factors affecting system design. * Translate actual site conditions and measurements into accurate electrical, structural, and equipment drawings. * Develop structural designs for solar PV installations, including mounting structures, support systems, fo…
