*Key Responsibilities* * Manage, configure, and support GCC’s ERP system, including workflows, users, access rights, modules, reports, and business processes. * Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with external ERP developers/consultants where required. * Work with SQL databases, including querying, data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, and basic database administration. * Support the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and related laboratory software. * Assist with integration between ERP, LIS, laboratory equipment, databases, and other business systems where applicable. * Analyse system requirements from different departments and translate operational needs into practical technical solutions. * Configure forms, workflows, fields, reports, dashboards, user permissions, and other system components. * Identify recurring technical problems and recommend solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency. * Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business systems. * Support data migration, system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or applications. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting records. * Liaise with software vendors, ERP consultants, LIS providers, and other technology partners. * Provide technical support and gu…
