About The Role As a TBM Technician, you will be responsible for providing civil engineering support and operating the EPB Tunnel Boring Machine on the River Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project on this key civil engineering project. The T2D project involves the construction of a 10.5-kilometre motorway, with three lanes in each direction and including tunnel sections, linking the River Torrens area in the north to Darlington in the south of Adelaide. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyse TBM parameters (face pressure, torque, thrust, spoil removal, etc.) to support civil engineers and ensure adherence to project timelines and compliance to safety standards and technical requirements. ­ Coordinate with civil engineers, segment erectors, and conveyor personnel to maintain continuous operations according to production schedules and timelines, as well as applying appropriate procedures and selecting correct equipment.­ Continuously observing and analysing live data and adjusting parameters such as face pressure, torque, thrust, and spoil removal…
