*Department:* Engineering & Maintenance *Position Summary* We are seeking a proactive and technically competent Technical Officer/Maintenance Officer/Supervisor to join our Engineering Department at our chemical manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and availability of plant equipment through preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and execution of engineering improvement projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems, be capable of maintaining proper technical documentation, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. *Key Responsibilities:* Plant Maintenance * Attend and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns with minimum downtime. * Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance activities. * Perform routine inspection of production machines and utility equipment. * Maintain maintenance records, checklists, equipment history, and service logs. * Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance activities with minimum disruption.
