Software Testing and Quality Assurance Test web and mobile applications to identify functional, usability, performance, and compatibility issues. Perform manual testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems. Ensure developed features meet business and technical requirements before release. 2. Test Planning and Execution Review product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Prepare and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and testing checklists. Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user-acceptance testing. Retest resolved issues and verify that fixes do not affect existing functionality. 3. Bug Identification and Reporting Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate project-management or bug-tracking tools. Provide clear reproduction steps, screenshots, videos, logs, and expected-versus-actual results. Prioritise defects according to their severity and business impact. Follow up with developers until reported defects are properly resolved. 4. API and Database Testing Test API requests, responses, authentication, error handling, and data accuracy.
