*Key Responsibility & Duties:-* · To support the FEC operation on all technical and maintenance issues; · To perform amusement equipment start up and shut down operations during opening and closing times as per the procedures prescribed; · To maintain and repair all amusement equipment; To install and set up new games and equipment as necessary; To maintain tools and supplies necessary for maintenance of arcade games and equipment in a good condition; To log and report equipment defects for proper warranty handling; · To patrol the FEC floor continuously and ensure that all machines are functioning appropriately; To maintain relevant safety standards on the floor by ensuring tools, machine parts, electrical wires, etc., are not exposed to the customers of the FEC; · To liaise with Technical Supervisor and follow his instructions on machine faults on a daily basis; Ensure that all machines meet the required safety standards before customer use; · To maintain the amusement equipment to optimum standards through constant testing and regular servicing, paying particular attention to safety for both the public and staff members; · To monitor and record the use of spare parts, notifying the Technical Supervisor on stock levels, ensuring adequate levels are maintained to sustain machine performance.
