*Key Responsibilities* * Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot ELV and BMS systems. * Monitor and operate Building Management System (BMS). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems. * Diagnose and resolve faults in ELV/BMS equipment. * Maintain service records and maintenance reports. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. * Coordinate with other departments for maintenance activities. *Requirements* * Diploma (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. * Minimum *2–3 years* of experience in ELV/BMS maintenance. * Good knowledge of BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA System, and other ELV systems. * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Benefits* * Market Competitive Salary * Professional Working Environment * Career Growth Opportunities Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
