Ltd. *Department:* Maintenance *Position:* Technician – Packing & Filling Machines Job Purpose To operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair packing and filling machines to ensure smooth production and minimum machine downtime. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of packing and filling machines. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults. * Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment in minimum possible time. * Monitor machine performance and identify recurring faults. * Carry out routine inspection, adjustment and lubrication of machines. * Support machine installation, commissioning and modification activities. * Maintain maintenance records and report breakdowns to the supervisor. * Coordinate with Production for timely maintenance and machine availability. * Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts and maintenance materials. * Follow company safety, housekeeping and maintenance procedures. Qualification *Diploma in Mechatronics / DAE Mechatronics* Experience *2–3 years of relevant experience* in maintenance/troubleshooting of packing and filling machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
