Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, optimize system performance and minimize downtime. Conduct regular system maintenance, including upgrades, backups, and configuration activities. Provide training and support to operations teams on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems. Document all processes, configurations, and changes related to automation systems.
