*Job Summary* Ranyal Textiles is looking for an experienced Textile Engineer to join our weaving mill in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Air-Jet weaving, loom troubleshooting, fabric development, production optimization, and technical team management. Candidates with hands-on experience in Picanol looms will be preferred, as we are introducing new Picanol I-Connect technology. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage and optimize Air-Jet weaving operations. * Troubleshoot loom performance and technical weaving issues. * Work with Rapier, Dobby, and Jacquard looms. * Resolve technical issues in Dobby and Jacquard fabrics. * Support weave construction and new fabric development. * Improve production efficiency, productivity, and fabric quality. * Reduce weaving costs through energy and process optimization. * Develop value-added and technically complex fabrics. * Manage, train, and develop technical weaving staff. * Support the commissioning and optimization of new weaving machinery. * Monitor loom performance and implement technical improvements across the weaving department. *Requirements* * Degree in Textile Engineering or a relevant technical field. * Strong hands-on experience in Air-Jet weaving. * Experience with Rapier, Dobby, and Jacquard looms. * Strong understanding of weave construction and fabric development. * Proven ability to troublesh…
