*About the Role* A leading FMCG company is looking for a *Trainee Engineer (Mechanical)* to join its plant operations in *Tando Adam*. This role is ideal for an early-career mechanical engineer who wants to build hands-on experience in plant operations, milling machinery, preventive maintenance, and production processes within a modern manufacturing environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Monitor the performance of milling and plant machinery to ensure smooth production. * Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime. * Assist in diagnosing machinery breakdowns and implementing corrective actions. * Support preventive and scheduled maintenance activities. * Maintain machine logbooks, Daily Plant Reports, and maintenance records. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food quality standards, including the proper use of PPE. * Learn and support compliance with ISO, HACCP, FSSC, Halal, and other quality systems. * Work closely with the Production team to develop technical knowledge of milling operations and plant equipment. *Requirements* * B.E.
