Job Description Job title/position Turnaround Planning Engineer - Electrical & Instrumentation Type of Contract Fixed-term-contract Nature of contract Full time Contract length 5 years Your mission We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for a : Turnaround Planning Engineer - Electrical & Instrumentation Turnaround Execution Implement the execution strategy for Turnaround scope, including detailed scheduling, resource optimization, and effective communication among all stakeholders and contractors to ensure timely completion of work. • Coordinate closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, including alignment on priorities, issue resolution, and recovery actions in case of delays. • Monitor and control Turnaround progress using schedules, performance indicators, and trend analysis to assess deviations and implement corrective measures. • Update and manage schedules to accommodate unforeseen or emergent scope during Turnaround, ensuring all changes are properly evaluated and approved. • Ensure readiness prior to execution by verifying availability of materials, manpower, tools, permits, and other prerequisites. • Support mechanical completion, punch list clearance, and pre-startup readiness verification to facil…
