*Location:* Lahore *Job Type:* Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Utilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of utility systems supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure uninterrupted utility services, maintain GMP compliance, and drive operational efficiency across all utility functions. Key Responsibilities * Manage the operation and preventive maintenance of all utility systems. * Oversee HVAC systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), dehumidification systems, ammonia chilling plants, boilers, and diesel generators. * Ensure continuous availability and reliability of utilities to support production operations. * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. * Monitor utility performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction. * Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate timely corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, engineering standards, and safety regulations. * Maintain maintenance records, equipment histories, and utility documentation. * Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control teams to support manufacturing activities. * Lead and develop the utilities team to achieve operational excellence.
