Job Purpose To manage and monitor worker wages, piece-rate calculations, production-based payments, and related payroll activities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with production standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities * Manage and verify *worker wages and piece-rate calculations* based on production output and approved rates. * Analyze production data and ensure accurate wage calculation for operators and piece-rate workers. * Coordinate with *IE, Production, HR, and Accounts* departments regarding wages and payroll matters. * Verify attendance, working hours, production quantities, overtime, and wage-related adjustments. * Maintain and update wage sheets, production records, rate lists, and payroll data. * Develop and maintain *operation-wise and worker-wise wage calculations*. * Analyze production efficiency, target achievement, and its impact on worker wages. * Identify discrepancies in production and wage records and ensure timely correction. * Assist in reviewing and updating *piece rates and incentive calculations* in coordination with management. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to wages, production, efficiency, and labor cost. * Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records in *ERP/Payroll systems and MS Excel*. * Support management in controlling labor cost through proper wage and productivity analysis. * Mai…
