This is a run-and-improve role. You keep recipes healthy, triage failures fast, and build new automations as the business asks for them. You will work directly with the client’s stakeholders, not behind a layer of account management. What you’ll do Monitor, triage, and resolve recipe failures across production Workato environments Build and enhance recipes: triggers, actions, error handling, retry and reprocessing logic Manage connections, on-prem agents, and environment promotion (dev → test → prod) Own recipe versioning, change control, and deployment hygiene Build custom connectors using the Workato Connector SDK where standard connectors fall short Write and maintain runbooks, integration inventories, and troubleshooting playbooks Handle incident communication and root-cause writeups for client stakeholders Must have 4+ years in enterprise integration / iPaaS engineering Hands-on production experience with Workato — or deep experience with a comparable enterprise iPaaS…
